Artesur commits to not disclosing personal or managerial information or of any type from anyone of our associates or visitors to our website or Mail service, as electronic addresses, residential or commercial addresses, telephones, fax numbers, etc. Unless the associate give us his/her permission in any special case that requires the consultation of theirself. (another user's request, somebody that search a person in the web, etc.)

When we receive electronic addresses of subscription, we answers the information that is requested. For the addresses of the subscribers' e-mail, we will email with announcements of services. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and they are not shared with third parts.

The works for sale are their authors' property or representatives, collectors or matters.
The virtual galleries are property of their responsible ones or owners.

Being Artesur in many cases the addressee of the mail in their galleries for order and responsibility of the own artists,  a  only effect of transmitting him the orders that they had between the sender and the artist. The forms of work Order and acquisition or reserves are directly forwarded to the owners of the works or answered by us if the artist requested this way. But always with their authorization. In this form, transaction forms or payments are not included with credit card, checks or any other commercialization way. The interested ones receive their answers by e-mail.
The form for Serigraphs contains payment forms in differed to his owners.

The "Community mail or community board" is a Service that Artesur provides to give the possibilitie to users to have a communication with the community of Artesur. Any lacking message of responsibility, obsene, agressor to this community, lascive, vulgar messages, or outside of the ethics and outside of moral sense will be eliminated of the Mail page and logged the I.P. of global localization to make an accusation to the pertinent authority and the I.P. provider.

The Service "Post your Event" must content only event announcements dedicated to Art. and destinated to general audience. Any other kind of events are NOT allowed in this site. Its use for other purposes will be completely forbidden and removed unfailingly of the page " Events " in our site. To advertise your shop, seminary, classes or personal ads you must be a Member of this site first.

Artesur is not responsible before any problem or derived damage of the use of those services.
